Another Update

Hi all,

I am definitely overdue getting an update out. Sofia had 3 weeks off to recover after the baby before starting her new rounds of weekly chemo. The new chemo was supposed to be easier but unfortunately it has been much worse for Sofia. The sessions take between 3 and 8 hours depending on which drugs she is getting and how busy they are. She feels sick most of the time now and is tired most of the time as well. Initially we were told that she had 9 weeks of the new chemo treatments but the doctor made a mistake and she has to do 12 weeks. As you can imagine Sofia was pretty upset when she went from having 3 sessions left to 6. Today she had her 9th week so she would have been done but we still have 3 more weeks. Of course she will also be doing the Herceptin every 3 weeks for the next year. The side effects are supposed to be minimal for that one though.

Quincee is doing well and growing well. Keegan and Kambree started preschool and Jamisen and Indiana are both just fine too.

We have had tons of help and presents and thoughtful gifts from all of our friends and family. Thank you so much for all your sweet help. We love you.
